Czech investment fund Arete Invest bought Prologis Park Nové Mesto nad Váhom. Arete Invest, a rapidly growing fund focused on real estate investment, has closed another major transaction on the Slovak market these days. This is the purchase of industrial and logistics complex Prologis Park Nové Mesto.
