Our real estate strategy offers clients access to our capabilities in sourcing, underwriting, and managing value-add industrial and logistic properties. With an exceptional track record of managing 364,000 sqm of leasable area, we target €600 million in assets under management by 2028. Our strategy seeks to take advantage of secular trends, such as nearshoring and supply chain realignment.
Energy Infrastructure
ARETE has a comprehensive view of the energy infrastructure landscape and sources diversified investment opportunities in Western Europe and the CEE region. Our goal is to manage assets worth over €500 million by 2028 through strategically balanced investments in renewables, flexible generation and smart operations technologies, supporting the energy transition and enhancing Europe’s energy resilience.
Mandate Solutions
Our customized mandate solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of individual clients, whether they focus on a single asset class or employ a multi-asset class investment strategy. Separately Managed Accounts usually start with either an initial capital allocation or a commitment to new investments.
