The contract will be executed for the Factcool international internet store and the warehouse will serve the whole Central and Eastern Europe. Chairman of Administrative Board of Arete Invest Lubor Svoboda informed that on the total area of 15,500 square meters, the building will offer a storage facility in several levels of more than 60,000 square meters of warehouse space.
The Arete Real Estate Fund will build a new warehouse in Nove Mesto nad Vahom.
