The approaching rise of the fourth Slovak automaker and the expanding segment of the internet trade “lend themselves” to the industrial and logistics real estate market. According to the real estate consultancy JLL Slovakia, this segment is characterized by strong demand, a low vacancy rate of close to four percent, and a healthy pool of projects under construction.
