Arete Invest signed a new five-year lease agreement with the Fiege logistics company in March. The company will increase its storage capacities of Lovosice Park area by 7500 m2 to the total of 9600 m2 already in April. Cushman & Wakefield and 108 Agency were the lease consultants in this case. Arete Invest is also planning to expand the area by another 11,000 m2 of warehouse and production area.
