Our colleague, ARETE co-founder Robert Ides was one of the main panellists of the 23rd CEDEM conference, which set itself the goal of evaluating current market opportunities and threats in the real estate market. The discussion focused on the topics of interest rates, inflation, energy prices, the pandemic and the conflict in Ukraine in the context of the future development of the real estate segment in the CEE region.
