Arete Invest buys Prologis Park Nové Mesto
Arete Invest has closed its second acquisition in Slovakia, with the purchase of Prologis Park Nové Mesto, 100 km northeast of Bratislava. The price of the transaction was not disclosed. Arete Invest fund has acquired the Prologis Park Nové Mesto nad Váhom industrial and logistic facility. The distribution centre consists of two facilities with the total area of 39,600 m2 and 16 ha of lots for future development. The transaction’s value has not been disclosed. The Czech Fund Arete Invest has bought a logistics park in Nové Mesto nad Váhom. It’s his biggest real estate acquisition so far.
the Czech fund Arete Invest made already the second real estate investment in Slovakia this year. They bought a logistics park in Nové Mesto nad Váhom from the developer Prologis Fund. The Singaporeans were so far the main investors of the fund, since last year the Czechs have also invested with it.
