A local Real Estate Fund Arete Invest will build an international warehouse for Factcool e-shop in Slovakia in Nové Mesto nad Váhom. E-commerce investors of Factcool is Ivan Chrenko, who also owns the developer group HB Reavis. The investment in the construction of the new warehouse complex will reach a quarter billion crowns. Factcool is on the market for less than four years, with sales of 1 billion crowns now.
