Arete Invest, a fast growing fund focused on real estate investment, has released its results for the second quarter of this year. The value of managed properties in the Fund's ownership increased to 53.5 million euros. The gross quarterly return of the currently open sub-fund Arete Invest CEE II was 9.8% p.q. and exceeded expectations four times.
