Arete Invest has closed its second acquisition in Slovakia, with the purchase of Prologis Park Nové Mesto, 100 km northeast of Bratislava. The price of the transaction was not disclosed. The deal comes shortly after the Czech property investment fund finalized its acquisition of a Grupo Antolin production plant in Žilina a few weeks ago.
