the Czech fund Arete Invest made already the second real estate investment in Slovakia this year. They bought a logistics park in Nové Mesto nad Váhom from the developer Prologis Fund. The Singaporeans were so far the main investors of the fund, since last year the Czechs have also invested with it. By the middle of this year, the value of the property controlled by Arete Invest will rise to 64 million EUR (equivalent to 1.7 billion CZK).
