The Czech Fund, Arete Invest, focused on real estate investment, completed its first acquisition in the Slovak market. This is an acquisition of an industrial complex in close proximity to the KIA car factory in Žilina, which is fully leased to Grupo Antolin's automotive components supplier. The financial volume of the transaction amounted to EUR 4.7 million.
