Arete Invest, a fast-growing real estate investment fund, completed its first acquisition in the Slovak market in the first quarter of this year. This is an acquisition of an industrial complex in close proximity to the KIA car factory in Žilina, which is fully leased to Grupo Antolin's automotive components supplier. The financial value of the transaction was 4.7 million EUR.
