The Arete Invest Investment Fund has appointed Savills as its consultant in the lease of industrial and office space in the Lovosice Business Park project with effect from January 2018. The portfolio of the Arete Invest CEE II sub-fund currently includes 400,000 m² of land and 81,000 m² of leasable areas of industrial and logistics areas.
