The halls of the supplier of Kia were bought by the Czech fund

A new player entered the Slovak real estate market. The rapidly growing Czech fund, Arete Invest, bought an industrial complex in close proximity to Kia in Žilina. The halls are completely rented to the Grupo Antolin automotive components supplier.
